Come inside while I build the first Walk.

What would happen if, for thirty days, we simply paid closer attention to Jesus?

On November 29, the First Sunday of Advent, we begin A Walk With Jesus of Nazareth — thirty days of paying closer attention to His life, His words, His world, and what the Gospel has to say to the lives we are actually living.

Before we begin, I'm inviting a Founding Community inside the workshop while I build it.

You'll see pieces while they are still being created. I'll ask what you've always wanted to understand about Jesus, which Gospel stories deserve another look, and what real problems you would like to see brought into serious conversation with the Gospel.

I want the people who will eventually take this Walk to have fingerprints on it before we ever begin.

Bring your faith. Bring your questions. Bring the life you are actually living.

You may be in church every Sunday and hungry to go deeper. You may be returning after some time away. You may love God while carrying complicated feelings about church. Or you may simply be curious about Jesus and want to pay closer attention.

You do not need to arrive with every question answered.

For thirty days, we are going to look again.

And before we begin, come help me build the first Walk.

Come Inside

The first Walk begins November 29.
